    so that we can select the exercises and equipment at your health club that are appropriate for you.

    so that we can design your workouts around what you want to accomplish, e.g.: lose weight, gain strength, gain size, trim and tone, etc.

  • Your workout preferences...

    including the number of days per week, the amount of time you can spend at the health club, and the exercises and equipment that you prefer.

  • Your strength capabilities...

    our 6 strength tests determine the correct weight for you on each piece of equipment at your health club.

After completing your evaluation and entering it online, ActivTrax immediately analyzes your information and formulates your first workout.
