Activation Error

Your information did not match any of the records in our system. There are generally two reasons for this error:
1. The information entered by the staff does not exactly match the information you're providing. You may want to try again.
2. The staff has not yet entered you into the system to enable your Activation.

In either case, we recommend that you speak with a member of the staff so that they can get the problem resolved for you. There is no need to contact ActivTrax. Once your staff Enrolls you into the system, you will be able to complete your Activation process.
