To enroll in ActivTrax, take one of the Self-Start Flyers and follow the instructions to complete your Strength Test. If you have questions, please ask one of our staff members for assistance.

After completing your Strength Test you'll need to enter your results online at www.activtrax.com/enroll from any Internet accessible computer.

Upon entering your results you'll begin receiving your customized workouts.
